brief overview of my work

I oversee all daily email sends for Guess Factory. I build out and deploy email campaigns and automation flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Utilize HTML/CSS to create dynamic banners, incorporate loyalty data, etc. I test and QA campaigns in Litmus and work cross-functionally to ensure campaigns are successful. Once deployed, I review and record data for all daily sends and compile into weekly reports.
